Free Worldwide Shipping

Every order ships free, worldwide, with tracking.

Delivery Time

Orders arrive in approximately 2 to 4 weeks from the date of purchase. This covers processing and international delivery. It's longer than domestic retail — we say so up front so there are no surprises.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking updates can take a few days to begin moving after dispatch.

Address Changes

We can update your delivery address within 24 hours of purchase, before dispatch. After dispatch we can't redirect a parcel, so please double-check your address at checkout.

Customs & Import

Orders are shipped internationally. Most orders arrive without any extra charges. If your country applies import duties or taxes, these are the buyer's responsibility.

Delays

Occasionally international transit takes longer than the 2-4 week estimate. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks, contact us with your order number and we'll chase the tracking with the carrier.
